Bahan dan cara membuat:
100 gram GF Fussilli pasta Ladang Lima, rebus dengan air garam, sampai tingkat kematangan yg diinginkan. Angkat dan tiriskan.

🧀 Saus Cheese Bechamel:
Panaskan 20g butter/coconut oil, masukkan 17g tepung mocaf Ladang Lima, lalu aduk rata sampai matang. Tuang 125ml susu UHT/air kaldu jamur secara bertahap sambil diaduk sampai halus. Masukkan 75g mozzarella cheese. Aduk sampai halus. Bubuhkan sedikit merica dan sejumput oregano kering bila suka.

Masukkan pasta rebus, garam dan merica sesuai selera, aduk rata. Angkat dan siap dihidangkan.
