1 pisang Cavendish
1 buah apel Fuji
1 buah jambu kristal
1 buah wortel
1 buah jeruk baby, ambil airnya
1 buah lemon, ambil airnya
1 ukuran jempol jahe, dikupas
7 buah kurma buang biji
600ml air matang
