Gluten Free Bread Pudding

Udah lama banget pingin bikin puding roti tapi baru kesampaian sekarang. Ini sebenarnya saya pakai roti gagal sewaktu eksperimen roti tepung singkong, tapi sekarang sudah dapat formulanya, di sini.

Gluten Free Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1 loaf gluten free bread
2 butir telur
500 gram susu UHT tawar
100 gram santan instan
150 gram gula kelapa
1 sdt garam
50 gram mentega
Segenggam kismis untuk taburan

Directions
Potong² roti. Tempatkan dalam loyang.
Campur semua sisa bahan, lalu jerang diatas kompor dengan api sedang sampai mentega meleleh. Tuang rata ke atas roti. Tabur kismis jika suka. Panggang 30-45 menit di suhu 180°C.
