Gluten Free Apple Crumble

Sebenarnya ada 2 jenis pie buah seperti ini: crumble – dengan taburan adonan pastry biasa dan crisp – dengan taburan pastry dicampur bubuk kacang-kacangan.

Di resep ini saya gabungkan keduanya dan disajikan dengan yogurt tawar. Duh, asli bikin ketagihan.

Gluten Free Apple Crumble

Ingredients
Filling:
4 pcs (400-450g) granny smith/ apel malang, kupas, potong².
2 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp tepung gluten free Ladang Lima
¼ tsp cinnamon powder campur dg tepung
Almond sliced – toasted, secukupnya

Crumbs topping:
125 g tepung gluten free Ladang Lima
60 g palm sugar
100 g mentega
Sejumput garam

Side: plain yogurt

Directions
Potongan apel taruh di mangkok, tabur gula, campuran tepung & cinnamon. Aduk rata. Pindahkan ke loyang. Tabur almond, kismis.

Campur bahan topping dg mentega pake garpu supaya bergerinjil (crumbling). Tabur ke atas potongan apel lalu ratakan.

Panggang dg panas 350°F sampai topping kekuningan dan isinya bubbling, tes dg garpu, lembek = matang.

Sajikan dengan yogurt.
