Repeat project from one of my loyal customers, Uchie. Very less sugar Fruit Taart for her birthday. I was joining her family lunch when delivering the cake. Happy!

Surprisingly, she still kept her favorite cookies of Goodiebake since last Idul Fitri, Lentik Manis. OMG!

Cake: less sugar citrus vanilla
Decoration: red & white dragon fruits, orange, cherries
Filling & frosting: whipped cream
Size: 18x18cm
