Mom-in-law order one Christmas Cake every year for a gift, last year Fruit Cake, this year I decided to make Log Cake and I’m happy she like this very much, pretty like me hahaha.

Frosting & Decoration: Chocolate ganache, fondant, sugar candy, green coconut.
